Patti Eisler
I am a Homegrown Oregonian. Living most of my life in Newport Oregon. I grew up in a fisherman’s family, which has helped me understand what that industry does for the local and state economy. I started banking over 30 years ago, as a teller. Mostly, because the “banker hours” schedule was appealing to me. Little did I know that I would enjoy it so much. I am a people person and has giving me the opportunity to meet some amazing people. It has also allowed me to grow in my career, that I am not sure I would have been able to do, if I had chosen a Job or a Career.
Through the years, I have worked my way up through the banking industry, landing as a Branch Manager that I had done for over 20 years. In mid-2023, I took a leap of faith, and moved in to the realm of Human Resources. I feel it I the perfect job for me. I really enjoy all the aspects.
My profession has allowed me to volunteer in my community, in so many ways, over the years. Local chambers, children’s organizations, etc. Rotary covers so many different avenues of altruism in just one organization. I have been a Rotarian, coming up on 10 years, in March 2023. I have belonged to three clubs, most recently the State of Jefferson e-Club. My leadership roles over the years have included, Club President (2017-2018) and Membership Chair (2019-2021/2022-2023). I am also a Paul Harris Fellow. I joined the eClub of the State of Jefferson, in September 2023, for the flexibility and the reach that this club has internationally. I am proud to call myself a Rotarian.
